This warranty covers your newly purchased Yorkie puppy for one year. We are not responsible for any associated charges, such as veterinary fees for your new Yorkie puppy.
General terms and conditions:
Everyone that buys a puppy from us is required to purchase a minimum of 2 cans of Science Diet can puppy food as well as a 5 pound bag of Science Diet Small Bites Puppy Food. The puppy will need the can and kibble mixed for the first two weeks after you receive the Yorkie. It is a good idea to soak the dry kibble for one hour to moisten it every evening to encourage the puppy to eat. You will also need to purchase a tube of Nutri-Cal and give the yorkie puppy some as soon as you get him/her. We will need a receipt detailing the items as well as your vet check within 72 hours. You can purchase these items from your vet or any major pet store.
If you wish to make a claim, you must bring this warranty with you.
We do not guarantee your Yorkie puppy will be of show quality or be guaranteed for reproductive soundness.
We guarantee your Yorkie puppy to be healthy at the time of purchase. Any Yorkie puppies shipped will come with a health certificate from our vet.
You will need to take your Yorkie puppy to the veterinarian within 72 hours for a general health check in order for this warranty to apply--No Exceptions!
If any life threatening problems are found at the time of exam, the Yorkie puppy needs to be returned immediately with a written statement from your vet, at which time I will bring the Yorkie puppy back to my vet for a second check. If both vets agree, I will replace the Yorkie puppy from the next available litter ONLY. No cash refunds. Dehydration and parasites are not a valid reason to return a puppy. (Please see our Yorkie Care page for feeding and care instructions).
All vaccinations have been administered by us or our vet. All Yorkie puppies will receive their first round of vaccines. Please seek guidance with a veterinarian as to proper follow-up.
If your Yorkie puppy should die from any congenital problems, an autopsy from a state lab is required for replacement of the Yorkie puppy from the next available litter. No cash refund will be made.
You must return any and all registrations and applications to us. You must sign any and all documents necessary to transfer ownership back to us.
There will be not refunds due to incompatibility, such as allergies or landlord disputes. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS! If for some reason you cannot keep your Yorkie Puppy, call me and I will try to find a loving home for it.
Although we try to predict size and color of the Yorkie Puppies, we do not guarantee either.
We are in good standings with all registries, but cannot guarantee the ability
to register Yorkie puppies for reasons beyond our control.
This written agreement is the entire agreement between seller and buyer of the Yorkie Puppy concerning the health and condition or loss of the Yorkie Puppy purchased today. By receiving & accepting your Yorkie puppy, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as stated above. You further agree that any and all disputes that may arise and can not be agreed upon will be handled through the Circuit Court in McDonald County, Missouri at Pineville. You also agree that you will not stop payment on any checks or chargeback any credit card for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS!
